In order to access Staff Directories content, you need a username and password. If this is your first time visiting one of our sites and you have already subscribed to a Staff Directory product, please register at register.cqpress.com for a username and password using your subscription invoice number. If you do not have your invoice number, please contact customer service at customerservice@cqpress.com.
All print subscriptions come with free web access. To access any of the Staff Directories web sites, please follow the instructions below:
- Find your invoice number - after purchasing a subscription to a Staff Directory, an invoice will be mailed to you. You will need this invoice number to register in step 2 below.
- Register for a login - with your invoice number, register at http://register.cqpress.com. As part of this registration process, you will be asked to create your own personal login. If you purchased a subscription to more than one title, you will need to register for each title (i.e, CSD, FSD, HHSD, or JSD). You may use the same login or create a different login for each subscription. To register with the same login, use the same e-mail address during each registration. To use different logins, use a different e-mail for each subscription.
- Log in to the web site using your new login - when you have completed your registration, go to the web site(s) for which you have a subscription and log in using your new username and password.
To trial any of the Staff Directories web sites, please follow the instructions below:
- Request trial login - to request a trial username and password, please e-mail Angie Anderson at aanderson@cqpress.com.
- Register for Trial - if you already have a trial username and password, register at http://register.cqpress.com/trials/login.cfm. As part of this registration process, you will be asked to create your own personal login.
- Log in to the web site using your new login - when you have completed your trial registration, go to one of our web sites and log in using your new username and password.
Checking the "save password" option on the homepage will enable you to bypass the login process. A cookie will be placed on your machine when you check the "save password" checkbox and click "login." Each time you visit the web site, our system will check for your cookie and bypass the login process if it is valid. If you delete the cookie from your machine or change your password, you will need to login in.

If you have forgotten your password, click here. Your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you supplied at registration.
If you receive an error message that reads "Subscription Expired," you need to renew your subscription. You may do so online at www.cqpress.com or contact Robert Licitra at rlicitra@cqpress.com or 1-800-834-9020, ext. 1811.

Trials expire two weeks after the date of registration. If you receive an error message that reads "Trial Expired," please order your subscription today. You may do so by sending an e-mail to directorysales@cqpress.com or by calling 1-800-834-9020, ext. 1906.
If you receive an error message that reads "Maximum Usage Reached," it indicates that the maximum number of simultaneous users are currently logged into the site. By default, each subscription provides access for one user. If you which to purchase additional access, please contact Robert Licitra at rlicitra@cqpress.com or 1-800-834-9020, ext. 1811.
If you receive an error message that reads "Unknown Login," it indicates that we do not recognize either your username or password. Please try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact Web Help at webhelp@cqpress.com.

To set your browser preferences to accept cookies in Microsoft®
Internet Explorer 5.x:
- Select Tools, then Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select Internet as your Web content zone.
- If your security level is set to custom, click the custom level button; scroll down until you see "Cookies;" make sure "Allow per-session cookies" is checked.
- If your security is set to default level, you do not need to make any changes.
